Keyword Marketing - Refund Policy

Our refund policy is very simple.

If we cannot assist you after the first "internal" review of your campaign, we are happy to refund you in full.

After that, and once you have agreed to start the campaign...

Stage 1

If we have not started on your campaign at all, you will get a full refund minus credit card fees ($x.xx) and admin fees ($55)

Stage 2

Once we have started on your campaign and submitted your keywords for analysis, there is a minimum fee of $500 USD

Stage 3

If we have started our manual analysis and / or resubmissions, there is no refund
